By using yourdrobe's website and services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use our Service.

2. Age & Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use yourdrobe
• If you're under 18, you need parent/guardian permission
• Keep your account information accurate and secure
• You're responsible for all activity on your account
• Don't share or sell your account

3. What yourdrobe Does

yourdrobe is a free virtual try-on platform where you can:

• Upload photos to see how clothes look on you using AI - completely free
• Create a storefront to share your designs
• Browse and purchase clothes through our affiliate links
• Try on designs from other users

4. Your Content

What You Own

You keep ownership of photos and designs you upload.

Permission You Give Us

By uploading content, you give us permission to:

• Use it to provide the virtual try-on service
• Create and display try-on results
• Show your designs in your storefront
• Create thumbnails and previews
• Store and backup your content

Your Responsibilities

You promise that:

• You own or have permission for everything you upload
• You have consent from anyone in your photos
• Your content doesn't violate anyone's rights
• Your designs don't infringe on copyrights or trademarks

5. AI-Generated Try-Ons

Important Disclaimers

• Virtual try-ons are AI-generated approximations
• They may not accurately represent actual fit or appearance
• Don't rely on them for exact sizing
• Colors and patterns may vary from actual products

Using Your Photos

• We process your photos only to create try-on images
• We don't use your photos to train AI models
• We don't sell your photos to anyone

6. User Storefronts & Commissions

• You can create a storefront to showcase your designs
• Other users can virtually try on your designs
• Commission Structure: When someone purchases through your design's affiliate link, you earn 80% of the affiliate commission we receive
• Example: If we earn $100 from an affiliate sale, you get $80
• Commissions are paid out monthly (minimum $25 balance required)
• You're responsible for ensuring your designs don't infringe on others' rights
• We reserve the right to remove designs that violate these terms

7. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Purchases

• We earn commissions when you buy through our affiliate links
• We don't control third-party sellers' products, prices, or policies
• Check the seller's return/refund policies before buying
• We're not responsible for issues with third-party purchases

7.5. eBay Product Integration

What We DON'T Do with eBay:

• We do not provide eBay sign-in or authentication
• We do not access, store, or process any eBay user data (emails, addresses, orders, messages)
• We do not request or store eBay OAuth user tokens
• We do not access your eBay purchase history or personal account information

What We DO with eBay:

• Public Product Data: We call public eBay APIs to display product information (titles, images, prices)
• Temporary Caching: We may cache non-personal product data for performance (e.g., product images)
• Server Logs: We keep server logs for ≤ 7 days with no personally identifiable information (PII)
• Direct Purchases: When you click an eBay product link, you're redirected to eBay's website where the transaction is handled entirely by eBay

All eBay purchases are governed by eBay's terms and policies. We earn affiliate commissions from qualifying purchases, but we never access your personal eBay data.

8. What You Can't Do

Please don't:

• Upload photos of people without their permission
• Upload inappropriate content (nudity, violence, hate speech)
• Post copyrighted designs or logos you don't own
• Try to hack, scrape, or harm our service
• Use our service for illegal activities
• Harass or harm other users
• Create fake or misleading storefronts

Content Moderation: We review reported content within 48 hours. Violations may result in content removal and/or account suspension.

9. Privacy

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Account information
• Uploaded photos (temporarily processed)
• Usage data and analytics

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You can delete your account anytime through your profile page
• Pending commission payouts will be processed within 30 days
