2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the virtual try-on service
• Process your uploaded photos through AI to generate try-ons
• Display your storefront and designs to other users

3. How Your Photos Are Processed

AI Processing

• Photos are temporarily processed by our AI system to create try-on images
• We use third-party AI services to generate results
• Original photos are deleted from processing servers after try-on generation
• We do NOT use your photos to train AI models

Storage

• Try-on results are stored in your account
• You can delete your images anytime from your profile
• We don't sell or share your photos with anyone

Public Information

• Your username and storefront designs (if you create a public storefront)
• Try-on images only if you choose to share them

• AI processing services (for generating try-ons)
• Web hosting providers

• To enforce our Terms & Conditions

We Never

• Sell your personal information
• Share your photos without your permission
• Use your likeness for marketing without consent

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including:

• Regular security updates
• Limited access to personal data

However, no internet service is 100% secure. Use a strong password and protect your account.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You Can:

• Access Your Data: View all information in your account
• Delete Your Account: Remove your account through profile settings
• Delete Specific Content: Remove individual photos or designs
• Opt Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (we rarely send these)
• Export Your Data: Contact us to receive your data

Data Retention

• Account data: Kept until you delete your account
• Photos: Kept until you delete them
• Deleted data: Removed within 30 days from all backups

We use essential cookies to:

• Keep you logged in
• Remember your preferences
• Ensure security

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may limit functionality.

What We DON'T Collect from eBay:

• No eBay Sign-In: We do not allow users to sign in with eBay credentials
• No User Identifiers: We do not store any eBay user IDs, usernames, or account information
• No Personal Information: We do not access or store eBay user emails, addresses, phone numbers, or payment information
• No Order Data: We do not access or store eBay purchase history, orders, or transaction data
• No Messages: We do not access or store eBay messages or communications
• No OAuth Tokens: We do not request or store eBay OAuth user tokens

What We DO Use from eBay:

• Public Product Data Only: We call public eBay APIs to display product listings (titles, images, prices, descriptions)
• Non-Personal Caching: We may temporarily cache non-personal product data (e.g., product images, prices) for performance optimization
• Short-Term Logs: Server logs are kept for ≤ 7 days and contain no personally identifiable information (PII)

All eBay purchases are handled directly by eBay. We never see or store your eBay purchase information.

9. Children's Privacy

yourdrobe is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it promptly.

10. International Users

yourdrobe is operated from the United States. If you're using our service from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the US.

11. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under CCPA:

• Right to know what personal information is collected
• Right to delete personal information
• Right to opt-out of sale (we don't sell your data)
• Right to non-discrimination
